Raphael Machalani is the founder of Kronowl Consulting Ltd. and a data scientist and program management specialist with over a decade of field, policy, and operational experience across the humanitarian, nonprofit, and private sectors. He holds a PhD in Data Science alongside degrees in Computer Engineering, and has led monitoring, evaluation, and information management systems for organizations including UNHCR, Save the Children, CARE International, and Mercy Corps. On the corporate side, he has helped startups navigate the Canadian market and manage day-to-day operations as they scale. Raphael founded Kronowl to close the gap he saw again and again in the field: organizations with strategy but no structure, and data with no clear insight.
