Building aluxury fashion brand from concept to market — design, digital, strategy, and growth

The Client
Lumina Eligma is a Vancouver-based luxury womenswear atelier built on a singular philosophy: crafted with intention, designed to endure.
Founded by designer Galilio Isami — whose creative vision wasshaped by a life of constant movement, cultural exposure, and a deep study ofarchitecture, natural beauty, and history — the brand creates limited-quantitypieces using the finest natural fabrics, including hand-felted merino wool andsilk. The result is wearable art: timeless silhouettes with architectural restraint, designed in Vancouver and sold from a Granville Island showroom.

Lumina Eligma competes in the quiet luxury segment —a market that rewards authenticity, provenance, and craft over volume andnoise.
Fully functional and branded shopify store.
The Challenge
Luxury fashion is one of the hardestmarkets to break into as an independent atelier. The category is dominated byheritage houses with decades of brand equity, and the gap between a talenteddesigner and a commercially viable luxury brand is vast. Galilio had the creative vision and the product quality. What the business needed was everything else.
The starting challenges:
No coherent brand identity or digital presence able to signal luxury credibly
No e-commerce infrastructure —a world-class product with no way to sell beyond the showroom.
No positioning strategy in amarket that demands a clear, differentiated point of view.
No ongoing content, SEO, orplatform presence to build discoverability and attract the right client.
What We Did
Brand Strategy & Identity
We built and articulated Lumina Eligma's brand position from the ground up: quiet luxury, intentional design, natural materials, limited quantities. The brand language — "crafted with intention, designed to endure" — was developed to speak directly to the discerning buyer who rejects fast fashion and conspicuous logos in favour of craft, provenance, and longevity. Every touchpoint was calibrated to signal that sensibility without overstating it.

Rebranding
As the brand evolved, we led a full rebrand to sharpen and modernise the visual and verbal identity — ensuring the brand presentation matched the quality of the product and the expectations of the luxury buyer. This included refining the brand architecture across collections (Merino Wool, Merino Felt, Shawls, Seasonal) to create a coherent catalogue narrative.

Website Development & Management
We designed, built, and now manage the Lumina Eligma website — the brand's primary commercial and reputational asset. The site is structured to serve two functions simultaneously: an e-commerce platform with a full catalogue (dresses, jackets & blazers, suits & ensembles, jumpsuits, and more) and an atelier brand experience that conveys the philosophy, the designer's story, and the craft behind each collection. We continue to manage the site, updating collections and maintaining performance.

Online Platforms & Social Presence
We built and manage the brand's presence across relevant platforms — ensuring the visual and editorial standards of a true luxury brand are maintained consistently, from product imagery and copy to editorial content and audience engagement.

SEO & Digital Growth

We built and continue to execute Lumina Eligma's SEO strategy — targeting the high-intent luxury buyer in the Vancouver market and beyond. This includes on-page optimisation across the catalogue, editorial content that builds topical authority in luxury womenswear and sustainable fashion, and local SEO to drive showroom visits from the Granville Island location.
The Results
Lumina Eligma went from concept to a fully operational luxury brand, active across both e-commerce and its Granville Island showroom, achieving half a million dollars in sales and 35,000 site visitors in its first year. The full collection is live with a complete womenswear catalogue — backed by ongoing website management, platform management, and SEO that keep the brand's commercial presence sustained rather than static. A full rebrand is complete, with the identity now consistent across every digital and physical touchpoint the client encounters.
